These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Cruising Association’s Online Shop and the purchase of products from it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering
- Orders may be placed online through our website or by calling CA House on +44 (0)20 7537 2828.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example, if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or if there are issues with payment.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in [GBP] and include VAT (where applicable).
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept Visa and Mastercard payments.
- We do not accept PayPal or American Express.
4. Delivery
- Our delivery policy can be found here .
- Delivery times may vary depending on location.
- Shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
- Risk of loss passes to you once the goods are delivered.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns Policy applies to all purchases and is available here.
Key points:
- You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order (UK & EU consumers).
- Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, unless faulty
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
6. Digital Products
- By purchasing a digital download, you agree that access begins immediately, and you waive your right to cancel once the download has started.
- Digital products are for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or resold.
7. Membership Products
- Some products (e.g., burgees, membership flags) may be available to Cruising Association members only.
- Membership terms and conditions apply separately.
8. Liability
- We are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable or that are outside our reasonable control.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and materials on the Online Shop are owned by or licensed to the Cruising Association. They may not be reproduced or used without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Please check before placing new orders.
