Cruising Association Online Shop
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Cruising Association’s Shop. If for any reason you are not, this policy explains how to return items and request refunds or exchanges.
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Consumers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us in writing by email at office@theca.org.uk within the 14-day period.
You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
We will refund the full purchase price (including the standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned items in their original condition.
Exceptions: This right does not apply to digital downloads once accessed, personalised or made-to-order items, or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened clothing, masks, or food/drink items, if applicable).
2. Returning Items
Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition within 28 days.
Please include your order number, name, and contact details with the return.

Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at office@theca.org.uk.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
In such cases, return postage will be reimbursed.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days from us receiving your return for the refund to appear.
If you requested an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement item as soon as possible.
